So, here's my quick, simple method for losing weight. And it's possible that by doing so, you can achieve this miracle result that I promise! 1. Stop eating high-calorie carbs. They don't give you energy! Instead, they cause insulin spikes that lead to sugar cravings. Then, you end up with an unhealthy, low-energy diet. This means that you must stop consuming foods like: French fries, chips, burgers, sodas, etc. After all, they are full of sugars and should be avoided. 2. Stop eating too many carbohydrates. Carbohydrates are not good for your muscles or health. That means you need to avoid consuming as much total carb intake as possible. Therefore, they should be consumed only in small quantities. Here's the way I do it: I get rid of any extra carbs in my diet by making substitutions for these ones. For example, instead of buying whole breads, I buy shredded slices of bread. Or, rather than going for potato chips at McDonald's, I eat potatoes in one plate and carrots in another one. Or, instead of going for the famous french fry from Starbucks, I make sure I always eat veggies like broccoli and vegetables. Another way is to swap desserts such as cake for brownies. You don't want to have a cheat meal as well. As I said above, too many processed and fast food items are dangerous. 3. Drink water and stay hydrated. Make sure you drink it before meals, and don't skip it after. This will help prevent excessive urination, which will cause blood sugar fluctuations, as well as the lack of sodium. Plus, you will be healthy when you have more water in your system. 4. Consume protein-rich foods like meatballs or chicken sandwiches or tofu salad. Protein content can also be found in fish, tofu, beans, and nuts. The key is always to give your body what it needs. Also, if you are able to eat fruits and vegetables instead of using the canned products, the amount of water consumed will increase significantly. 5. Get enough sleep.
